Welcome to our Lift Technologies and Crane Operations services. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging our services or using our equipment.

1. Scope of Service

The Company (referred to as "the Provider") provides specialized crane rentals, rigging, lift planning, and engineered lift technologies. All services are conducted strictly in accordance with federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA and ASME standards.

2. Site Conditions & Client Responsibilities

  • Ground Suitability: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the ground, underground vaulting, utilities, and general site conditions are structurally capable of supporting the gross weight and ground bearing pressure of the equipment.
  • Access and Clearance: The Client must provide clear, unobstructed access to and from the lift site. The Client must also ensure overhead clearance from power lines and structures meets regulatory safety thresholds.
  • Permits & Clearances: Unless explicitly agreed in writing, obtaining street closure permits, traffic control clearances, and local municipality authorizations remains the sole responsibility of the Client.

3. Weather and Operational Safety

The Provider reserves the absolute right to suspend, delay, or cancel operations if environmental conditions present a hazard. This includes, but is not limited to, wind speeds exceeding manufacturer limits (typically 30 mph), lightning, heavy snow, or poor visibility.

4. Liability and Indemnification

  • Weight Verification: The Client must supply accurate weights for all objects to be lifted. The Provider accepts no liability for structural failures or accidents resulting from inaccurate load weight calculations.
  • Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider and its operators from any claims arising from third-party property damage, except where caused by the sole negligence of the Provider.

5. Cancellation and Mobilization Fees

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to mobilization will be subject to a "Dry Run" fee equal to 50% of the daily rental rate, plus any incurred expenses.
